Your stay
Rooms are ready from 3pm and we ask for them back by noon. If you arrive early, the winter garden and the spa are yours while we prepare the room.
When you book directly with us, yes, in the winter garden or in your room.
With pleasure. Cots, children’s robes and a small menu at Salon Ferdinand are all available; the concierge can arrange babysitting.
Reservations
Free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival on flexible rates. Some offers are prepaid and non-refundable; this is always shown before you book.
Not on flexible rates. A card guarantees the reservation and is charged at departure.
The city’s tourist tax is collected at the hotel, at the rate set by the City of Paris.
The house
Dogs under 10 kg are welcome in most rooms, with a bed, a bowl and a biscuit on arrival.
Valet parking is available day and night, with charging for electric cars.
Four rooms and one suite are fully accessible, and every public space has step-free access.
